Existing Agreement Except as expressly amended herein, the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and in all other respects is affirmed.
Amendment of Schedule A Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and inserting in lieu therefor the Schedule A attached hereto.
Prior Agreements; Amendments This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument duly executed by the parties hereto or their respective successors or assigns.
Supplements and Amendments; Whole Agreement This Warrant may be amended or supplemented only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto. Original Agreement This Agreement amends and restates the Original Agreement in its entirety.
Agreement in Full Force and Effect as Amended Except as specifically amended hereby, all provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall not be deemed to expressly or impliedly waive, amend or supplement any provision of the Agreement other than as expressly set forth herein and shall not constitute a novation of the Agreement.
