Principles and Process. In the MIDP, and the related Implementation Agreements, the Parties will address their rights and responsibilities around various items of intellectual property as generally described in Section 2 below (“Intellectual Property” or “IP”) that will be relevant to the MIDP and any subsequent activity on the MIDP Site. The MIDP and/or related Implementation Agreements will also address the reasonable issues and concerns of various third-party stakeholders in the MIDP Site ecosystem, in order to ensure that the principles surrounding IP help to facilitate the various goals and objectives that the Parties have for the community. This Schedule G sets out some general principles that will be used to approach those IP- related questions. As part of the MIDP process, the Implementation Agreements will contain definitive provisions dealing with these IP questions.
