Primary Service. 1.1 The Primary Service consists of the following: Wonderway is a training and coaching platform which is owned by Wonderway GmbH. Wondereway has two products (see below). In both cases, Wonderway process this data to provide insights to its customers.: a) Learning management system: Allows managers to create and assign training programs to employees within the company. b) AI sales coach: Analyses call transcripts to provide insights to sales representatives and managers.
