The "Primary Service" clause defines the main service or deliverable that one party is obligated to provide under the agreement. b) AI sales coach: Analyses call transcripts to provide insights to sales representatives and managers.
Primary Service. A Primary Service means that in each year during the Contract Period, there is a guarantee that at least one Service Period will be activated. The Service Periods are as set out in clause 6 of Schedule 2.
Primary Service. 1.1 The primary service consists of the following: Sending SMSes on the behalf of the Controller as well as giving support.

d) The location of the primary service shall be in an electrical room. The electrical room will be located inside the building, constructed of a drywall enclosure with a single man door and access to the room. Switchgear will be installed on the exterior perimeter concrete tilt wall. Alternate locations approved by the Riverside Public Utility Agency and the owner will be considered. Final size and dimensions of the electrical room shall be recommended by the Electrical designer and approved by the Owner and the project Architect.

A Private Lateral (also known as the Upper Sewer Lateral) is the portion of the Sewer Lateral that is owned and maintained by the Customer. A Private Lateral typically is the upper portion of a Sewer Lateral upstream from the City Sewer Cleanout. A Private Lateral may include the entire Sewer Lateral if thea City Sewer Cleanout is not present or if the Sewer Main is in a Public Utility Easement.
Primary Service. 4.1 Contractor shall operate the Placer Claims as a Placer Mine.
4.2 Contractor shall provide all extracting, processing, refining, shipping, security and any and all services necessary to operate the Site as a Placer Mining operation.
