Prices for Long Lead Time Aircraft. Boeing and the engine manufacturer have not established prices and escalation provisions for Model 767-224ER aircraft and engines for delivery in the year 2005 and after. When prices and the pricing bases are established for the Model 767-224ER aircraft delivering in the year 2005 and after, the information listed in the Attachment will be appropriately amended.

Prices for Long Lead Time Aircraft. Boeing has not established escalation provisions for Model 737-700 aircraft for delivery 2005 and after. Such escalation provisions (i) will be incorporated into the Option Aircraft definitive agreement when such information is available and (ii) will be the then-current escalation provisions applicable to the same model aircraft and engines delivering in the same time period as the Option Aircraft. The resulting revisions to the definitive agreement will include but not be limited to, adjustment of the Aircraft Basic Price of the Option Aircraft, the Advance Payment Base Price, the Aircraft escalation provisions and the advance payment amounts due on the Option Aircraft.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.
