Price of Aircraft. The base price of Aircraft Rank 72 (the “Aircraft Base Price”) is the sum of: • the Airframe Base Price as defined in Clause 3.1.1 below and • the Propulsion Systems Price as defined in Clause 3.1.2 below. and is exclusive of any variation resulting from price revision provisions.
Price of Aircraft. At Delivery, Customer agrees to pay the Invoice Price for each Aircraft. The Invoice Price is determined as follows:
(i) Calculate the Aircraft Basic Price.
(ii) Calculate the Aircraft Price.
(iii) This confidential information has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
