Posting of Temporary Vacancies. 5. When a vacancy occurs by reason of a leave of absence, including pregnancy/parental leave, or extended illness or injury, which is expected to exceed six months, such vacancies shall be posted and filled in accordance with the Job Selection provisions of the Civilian Working Agreement.
