Common use of Posting of Seniority Lists Clause in Contracts

Posting of Seniority Lists. There will be four (4) separate seniority lists for (i) full-time nurses, (ii) regular part- time nurses, (iii) term nurses and (iv) casual nurses. Seniority lists showing each nurse's name and seniority shall be sent to the President of the Local Union and a copy sent to the Labour Relations Officer twice yearly on October 1st and April 1st. At the same time, copies will be posted in each office. Complaints regarding an inaccuracy in the list shall be made in writing to the Human Resources Department within one (1) month of the posting of the list. Nurses on leave during a period where a seniority list is posted have one (1) month following the most recently published list, after their return, to file a complaint in writing. If no written complaint is received within the time period, the list will be considered accurate.
