Posting Jobs and Vacancies. All new jobs and vacancies within the bargaining unit shall be posted on the Union Bulletin Boards within ten (10) working days after the vacancy occurs, for Local #1386 members to bid only for a period of seven (7) working days prior to the filling of the position. The name of the successful candidate for the position shall be posted for five (5) days after the filling of the position.
