POSSESSION PRIOR TO COMPLETION. The Engineer-in-charge shall gave the right to take possession of or use any completed part of work or works or any part thereof under construction either temporarily of permanently. Such possession or use shall not be deemed as an acceptance of any work either completed or not completed in accordance with contract except where expressly otherwise specified by the Engineer-in-charge.
