Policies for Checking Accounts. Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the next business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once they are available, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written. For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before the close of business on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after the close of business or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.

  • Checking Accounts The Credit Union may refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if it is not on a form approved by us. You agree that we do not fail to use ordinary care because our procedures do not provide for sight examination. You will notify us immediately if you learn or have reason to know that any of your checks have been lost or stolen. If you are negligent in safeguarding your checks or if there is a processing problem due to your use of a check printer we do not approve, we will not have any liability or responsibility for any losses you incur as a result if we act in good faith pursuant to standard commercial practices.

  • Deposit’s Format Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-­‐xxxxx-­‐xxxxxxx-­‐registry-­‐data-­‐escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-­‐xxxxx-­‐noguchi-­‐dnrd-­‐objects-­‐mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date.
