Plumbing facilities will not be used for any purpose other than those for which they were constructed; and no sweepings, rubbish, ashes, newspaper or other substances of any kind will be thrown into them. Waste and excessive or unusual amounts of electricity or water use is prohibited. When electric or communications wiring of any kind is introduced, it must be connected as directed by Landlord, and no stringing or cutting of wires will be allowed, except by prior written consent of Landlord, and will be done by contractors approved by Landlord.
