Changes Affecting the Obligations. Landlord may, from time to time, either before or after any default by the Tenant, with or without further notice to the Guarantor, renew or extend the time of payment of the Obligations, and grant and allow such indulgences, modifications, or compromises in connection therewith as it deems advisable or expedient, and may change, renew, extend, surrender, impair, or compromise, in whole or in part, any security at any time held by or available to Landlord for the Obligations or for any obligation of any other person secondarily or otherwise liable on the Obligations, intentionally or unintentionally, or may waive, release, extend, or modify the rights of the Guarantor, without impairing the enforceability of this Guaranty. The discharge in bankruptcy of the Tenant shall not affect the liability of the Guarantor.
