Plastic. It is Buyer’s policy to minimize the presence and quantity of plastic materials at its sites. Seller will use best efforts to ship Goods without or with minimum plastic or Styrofoam packaging.‌‌

Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.
Labels The Contractor shall provide fuel content labels/signs for each pumping station. These labels shall identify significant amounts of alcohols in the fuel and satisfy the requirements of 1NYCRR, Part 224 and 6NYCRR, Part
GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.
Packing 6.1 SELLER shall provide such packing of the items as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination as indicated in this DEED or in the Purchase Order. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, salt and precipitation during transit and open storage. Packing case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the items’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.
Labelling The distributor, on behalf of the selected vendor agrees that all supplies of articles should invariably contain the following information on its label and the carton. One information should not be overlapped by any other information needed to be furnished. The label should contain :

Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.
Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services under the Agreement. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.
