Place of Fulfilment. The place of delivery and payment (Erfüllungsort) shall be Martinsried.
Place of Fulfilment. 17.1 The relevant ship-to location for deliveries is also the place of fulfilment of the contractual obligation (“Bringschuld”).

Place of Fulfilment. (1) Solely for purposes of Managing Director’s employment by Versant Germany under the provisions of this Part B, the place of fulfilment shall be the registered office of Versant Germany.

Place of Fulfilment. Kunbus GmbH points out explicitly that the place of fulfilment of the contractual relationship for all deliveries agreed EXW (Ex Works) Incoterms 2000 shall be Ostfildern, Germany, regardless of which subsidiary of Kunbus GmbH delivers the goods.
