Ex Works. Seller’s responsibility: None; Buyer’s responsibility: From collection at Seller’s Warehouse to end destination; or
Ex Works. Unless otherwise agreed by MSI in writing, Products shall be deemed to have been sold "EX WORKS" (EXW) (ready for collection). "EX WORKS" shall be defined in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010 of the International Chamber of Commerce, as may be amended from time to time.
Ex Works. Unless otherwise specified in writing, delivery is Ex Works.
Ex Works. Product(s) shall be delivered Ex Works (Incoterms 2000) Seller’s facility in Sacramento, California, whereupon title to the Products shall pass to 3PARdata.

Ex Works the Product is delivered where it is assembled from time to time and/or where EMX Company’s sales take place. EU: for the purpose of these Conditions, the ‘EU’ is defined as the Member States of the European Union and the countries of Israel, Norway, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Dealer: the natural person or legal entity that has concluded an agreement with EMX Company to sell, service, or repair the Product (on EMX Company’s behalf). Dealer Network: the Dealer connected to EMX Company’s network to sell, service, or repair the Product on EMX Company’s behalf in a particular country or region.
Ex Works. Net Prices --------------------------- All prices for the OEM Products are ex-works, Indigo's Israel subsidiary's premises. All payments hereunder shall be effected in U.S. dollars, net, free of any withholding or other taxes, levies, duties, imposts, charges, or deductions of any nature whatsoever.
Ex Works. Upon achievement of Ex Works of the Turbine Equipment, or any Component thereof, Buyer shall pay to Supplier a pro rata portion based on the number of Components having achieved such status equal to the amount set forth in the Payment Schedule designated as the “Ex Works Payment” for the relevant Group of Wind Turbines. Such amounts shall be payable in accordance with Section 4.8 after presentation of (i) an Ex Works Certificate executed by, or on behalf of, Supplier specifying the applicable Turbine Equipment that is Ex Works, together with an invoice for such payment and (ii) a copy of a bill of lading (or other applicable transport documentation evidencing shipment) respecting such Turbine Equipment, together with an invoice for such payment and a list of serial numbers for each Component that has achieved Ex Works.
Ex Works. ( a) When the transportation is arranged by KCPL, ownership transfers when the material is loaded on the truck.
