Common use of Place of Employment Clause in Contracts

Place of Employment. The Executive’s principal place of employment shall be at the Company’s headquarters in New York, New York. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive acknowledges that the duties to be performed by the Executive hereunder are such that Executive may be required to travel extensively.
