PLACE OF CONTRACTING. At the commencement of this arrangement, the Contractor shall perform Contractor’s duties at the places and times reasonably provided by Company (the “Territory”). However, at any time deemed reasonably necessary or advisable by Company for business purposes, the Contractor shall work at any other place or places that may be designated by the Company outside of such Territory. The initial Territory shall comprise a comprehensive radius of 100 miles from the Contractor’s home address.
PLACE OF CONTRACTING. Seller and Purchaser each agree that this Agreement has been entered into and is to be performed within the State of California and the County of Riverside.
