  • WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR 3.1 The University, the Union and employees covered by this Agreement agree that all employees should work in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that inappropriate behavior in the workplace by or against employees, students, or members of the public does not promote the University’s mission, employee wellbeing, or productivity.   • Workplace Bullying Bullying for the purpose of this Article is any repeated or systemic behaviour which may be either physical, verbal or psychological including shunning, which would be seen by a reasonable person as intending to belittle, intimidate, coerce or isolate another person. Personal harassment and/or bullying does not include acceptable social banter in the workplace. Nor does it include actions occasioned through the exercise in good faith of management’s rights for bona fide operational requirements or progressive corrective discipline in a manner that is respectful of those involved.

  • Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)
