PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO DEAL WITH GRIEVANCES. (a) The Union agrees to provide the Employer with a written list of persons authorized to deal with the adjustment or resolution of grievances on behalf of the Union, and to provide further written advice of changes made in the list as such changes occur.
