Common use of Personnel Costs Clause in Contracts

Personnel Costs. If personnel costs constitute an eligible use of grant funds pursuant to the Procedures and Requirements, any personnel costs to be reimbursed with grant funds must be computed based on actual time spent on grant-related activities and on the actual salary or equivalent hourly wage the employee is paid for his or her regular job duties, including a proportionate share of any benefits to which the employee is entitled, unless otherwise specified in the Procedures and Requirements.
