Contractor’s Construction. Phase Fee shall be shown as a separate line item on the Schedule of Values. Payment of Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee shall be made with each Application for Payment in the same proportion as the percentage completion of the Cost of the Work of the Project.

Contractor’s Construction. Supervision Compensation and the Guaranteed Maximum Contract Price shall be adjusted based on the documented increase in Supervision Cost(s) together with a percentage of such increased Supervision Cost(s) at the percentage rate established in Section 1.5 if the Agreement.
