Common use of Personal Protective Clothing Clause in Contracts

Personal Protective Clothing. 28.1 The Employer will supply protective clothing to all Employees where they are required to wear protective clothing 28.2 Employees will be required to wear appropriate clothing in an effort to provide protection from the harmful effects of UV exposure. 28.3 Additional personal protective equipment e.g., gloves, eye protection, sun protection will be supplied where required. 28.4 It is a condition of employment with the Employer that whilst working on site, Employees are required to wear appropriate protective clothing at all times.

Personal Protective Clothing. 28.1 23.1 The Employer Company will supply protective clothing to all Employees where they are required employees except for work boots for which the employee is paid a safety boot allowance to wear protective clothingpurchase there own. 28.2 23.2 Employees will be required to wear appropriate clothing in an effort to provide protection from the harmful effects of UV exposure. 28.3 23.3 Additional personal protective equipment e.g., gloves, eye protection, sun protection will be supplied where required. 28.4 23.4 It is a condition of employment with the Employer Company that whilst working on site, Employees employees are required to wear the appropriate protective clothing at all times.

Personal Protective Clothing. 28.1 The Employer will supply protective clothing to all Employees where they are required to wear protective clothing 28.2 16.1 Employees will be required to wear appropriate clothing in an effort to provide protection from the harmful effects of UV exposure. 28.3 16.2 Additional personal protective equipment e.g., gloves, eye protection, sun protection will be supplied where required. 28.4 It is a condition of employment with the Employer that whilst working on site, Employees are required to wear appropriate protective clothing at all times.

Personal Protective Clothing. 28.1 14.1 The Employer will supply protective clothing to all Employees where they are required to wear protective clothingexcept for prescribed safety work boots, socks and long trousers. 28.2 14.2 Employees will be required to wear appropriate high visibility clothing in an effort to provide protection from the harmful effects of UV exposure. 28.3 Additional personal protective equipment e.g., gloves, eye protection, sun protection will be supplied where required. 28.4 It is a condition of employment with the Employer that whilst working on site, Employees are required to wear appropriate protective clothing at all times.
