Common use of Personal Paid Days Clause in Contracts

Personal Paid Days. (a) All seniority full-time employees shall be entitled to a maximum of five (5) Personal Paid Days, the dates of which will be determined by mutual agreement between the Company and the employee. Five (5) days to be recognized within the period February 1, 2006 to January 31, 2007; five (5) days to be recognized within the period February 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008; and five (5) days to be recognized within the period February 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009.
