Person Throughput. Tables 19 and 20 show the changes in person throughput by vehicle type from before the project began to the present. Both tables show an overall increase in throughput. Two things need to be kept in mind when reading the tables. First, it is important to remember that the 95 Express Lane Project added a second express lane in both directions. Therefore, the additional lane capacity contributed to greater person throughput. Second, any SOVs recorded in 2008 were violators. In 2008, the “Express Lanes” were still a single high occupancy vehicle lane open only to carpoolers (HOV 2+) and transit vehicles. Total person throughput on the Express Lanes increased 42% in both the a.m. and p.m. peak periods between 2008 and 2010. The largest source of that increase came from toll paying SOVs. The other source was transit. Person throughput due to transit increased 23% in the a.m. period and 36% in the p.m. period. On the other hand, person throughput from HOV2’s and 3’s dropped. It was particularly severe in the a.m. peak period where HOV2’s dropped 53% and HOV3’s dropped 83%. These declines may be due to changes made to the eligibility requirements for free travel in the Express Lanes. In December 2008 at the beginning of the project, the requirements to use the lanes for free were changed from unregistered 2+ person carpools to registered 3+ carpools and vanpools in addition to other requirements based on the home and work location of each registrant. Interestingly, while there was a drop in person throughput from HOV2’s and 3’s on the Express Lanes, there was an increase in HOV2’s in the general purpose lanes. The amount of person throughput from HOV2’s in the general purpose lanes increased 96% in the a.m. peak period and 16% in the p.m. peak period. It is possible that some HOV traffic has shifted from the Express Lanes to the general purpose lanes to avoid paying tolls or because they do not want to register.   • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Receipt Points The Points of Receipt are listed in Appendix 2.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 550 MW.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.

  • Initiating Interconnection 4.1 If CBB determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, CBB shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
