Permitted Uses and Disclosures of the LDS. Recipient may use and/or disclose the LDS only for the Research described in this Agreement or as required by law.

In addition, Recipient may use and/or disclose the LDS for other research projects, as pre-approved by the Pediatric Heart Transplant Society Scientific Committee. Recipient will maintain a list of all research projects approved by the Pediatric Heart Transplant Society Scientific Committee.

Recipient may use the LDS only in accordance with the purposes and procedures set forth in the Study protocol.
