Permits and Variances. The DEPARTMENT shall review and take final action on all applications for permits and petitions for variances, under Part IV, Chapter 373, F.S., and variances or waivers under Section 120.542, F.S., for the project types listed in a. through s. below. The permit applications encompassed within the DEPARTMENT’s responsibilities hereunder include those submitted for wetland resource (dredge and fill) permits and management and storage of surface water (MSSW) permits, pursuant to Subsections 373.414(11) through (16), F.S., as well as those submitted for environmental resource permits. However, the division of responsibilities for permitting aquaculture facilities is covered exclusively in Section II.E of this agreement.

Permits and Variances. 14.01 PLASTI-LINE or its Subcontractor shall promptly secure all permits and/or variances necessary to allow for the installation of any Dealership identification Signs ordered by GM-DI if the purchase order release for such Dealership Signs indicates that PLASTI- LINE is to install the Dealership Identification Signs specified in such release. PLASTI-LINE shall advise GM-DI as soon as such permits and/or variances have been obtained. In the event the Dealership Identification Signs are to be installed in an area where it is not necessary to obtain such permits and/or variances, PLASTI-LINE shall provide GM-DI with a written statement to that effect. Until such permits and/or variances have been obtained, or until Gl\l-DI has received not)fication from PLASTI-LINE that no such permits and/or variances are necessary, PLASTI-LINE shall not produce or install the Dealership Identification Signs in question.
Permits and Variances. (a) Buyer shall pay for the initial permit to erect the sign(s) covered by this agreement and all fees for procuring said permits and variances and all subsequent related permits and fees, including cost of registered professional engineering, if required. Seller shall assist Buyer in securing initial permit to the extent that Seller participation in the permit application. Buyer is responsible for engaging the services of a licensed electrical contractor or whomever else is permitted to act as Buyer’s agent for this purpose; (b) Buyer must provide architects plans, plat of survey, or comparable drawings and renderings indicating property lines, underground utilities, and other land use details as may be required to secure a sign permit; (c) Buyer represents it has the authority to authorize the installation of signs at the location specified and that it will grant necessary access to premises as required by Seller to complete installation (and maintenance, if covered) of signs. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller and Seller agents harmless from any claims arising from and because of the right of access herein granted; (d)
