PERMISSIVE LEAVE OF ABSENCE. The Employer may grant a leave of absence for a period not exceeding two (2) years for any purpose which the Employer deems to constitute reasonable cause. Seniority at inception of leave is frozen, and benefits will not continue to accrue during the leave.
