PERMA WILL PAY. PERMA will pay promptly when due to those eligible under this agreement the benefits required of the Member by the Workers' Compensation law, including related claims expenses, in excess of the Member Retained Limit specified in Item 6 of the Schedule and subject to PERMA's Limit of Liability specified in Item 7 of the Schedule. Claims expenses of the Member mean its litigation costs, interest as required by law on awards or judgments, reasonable expenses incurred at PERMA's request (but not loss of earnings), premiums for bonds to release attachments and for appeal bonds in bond amounts up to twice the amount payable under this coverage, litigation costs taxed against the Member, and a Member's special claim investigation or legal expenses which can be directly allocated to a specific claim, including medical bill review. Claim expenses exclude: salaries and travel expenses of employees of the Member, annual retainers, overhead and any fees paid to the Member's third-party administrator for claims administration services.

  • Bill Pay We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any bill payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your checking account for bill payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your bill payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Bill Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of bill payments per day.

  • Bilingual Differential Pay Bilingual Differential Pay applies to those positions designated by the Department of Personnel Administration as eligible to receive bilingual pay according to the following standards:

  • CONTACTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES 15.1 Each Party shall update its own contact information and escalation list and shall provide such information to the other Party for purposes of inquiries regarding the implementation of this Agreement. Each Party shall accept all inquiries from the other Party and provide a timely response. CenturyLink will provide and maintain its contact and escalation list on the CenturyLink Website, and any updates also will be provided on the Website. In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Between Users If there is a dispute between users of the Website, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Company is under no obligation to become involved.   • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
