Bill Payment Sample Clauses
The Bill Payment clause outlines the obligations and procedures for settling invoices or charges between parties under an agreement. Typically, it specifies the timeline for payment, acceptable methods of payment, and any consequences for late or missed payments, such as interest charges or penalties. By clearly defining how and when payments must be made, this clause helps ensure timely compensation and reduces the risk of disputes over financial transactions.
