PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REVIEW. 15.1 The County will maintain a performance assessment review system for all employees covered by this contract. The system will include a formal process whereby the employee and his designated supervisor(s) mutually formulate performance and improvement goals and work standards appropriate to the job performed, which shall be a basis for measuring the employee's performance during an annual rating period.
