PEG ACCESS PROGRAMMING COSTS. (a) There shall be no charges to the Issuing Authority, its designee(s), the Town and/or PEG Access Users for use of the PEG Access Channels and/or services required herein. In the event that applicable state and/or federal laws and/or regulations allow the Licensee to externalize, line-item and/or otherwise pass-through any PEG Access costs to Subscribers, the Licensee may only do so, including, but not limited to, the computation, collection, interest paid on and/or allocation of any such costs, strictly in compliance with said laws and/or regulations.
