Common use of PAYMENT/REIMBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT/REIMBURSEMENT. The Forest Service shall reimburse the Cooperator for the Forest Service's share of actual expenses incurred, not to exceed $30,000, as shown in the Financial Plan. The Forest Service shall make payment upon receipt of the Cooperator’s quarterly invoice.
