Common use of PAYMENT/REIMBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT/REIMBURSEMENT. It is not anticipated that funds will be exchanged in the performance of this agreement. The value of goods will offset the value of the work to be performed. PAYMENT/REIMBURSEMENT. It is anticipated that funds will be exchanged in the performance of this SPA when the value of the timber will not cover the value of the services performed. The Forest Service will make payment upon receipt of the Cooperative’s monthly xxxxxxxx.
