Payment of Monies Owing. Any discharged employee must be paid in full all wages owed to him/her by the Employer, included earned vacation pay, if any, as soon as possible from the date of discharge.
Payment of Monies Owing. 25.5.1. Any monies owing to a Funding Body under this clause 25 will be paid to the Funding Body within three months of the date of effect of the notice of termination or within three months of the end of the Service Period, or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.
