PAYMENT OF ANNUAL LEAVE AFTER DEATH. 15.6.1 The monetary value of annual leave which remains not taken is to be paid to the employee’s nominated beneficiary. If no beneficiary has been nominated, the monetary value of annual leave is to be paid to the estate.

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.
