Payment for Vacation. Any person terminating County employment, or who is laid off under the provisions of the Personnel Rules, shall be paid for any accrued but unused vacation. Any person who is granted military leave of absence, other than temporary military leave for a period not exceeding six months, may request in writing to be paid for any accrued but unused vacation.
