Paying Agent to Repay Monies Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all monies then held by any Paying Agent of the Notes (other than the Trustee) shall, upon written request of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such monies.
Paying Agent to Repay Monies Held. Subject to the provisions of Section 11.04, the Trustee shall hold in trust, for the benefit of the Holders, all money deposited with it pursuant to Section 11.01 and shall apply the deposited money in accordance with this Indenture and the Notes to the payment of the principal of (including the Redemption Price upon redemption pursuant to Article 3) and interest on the Notes.
