Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture all moneys then held by any paying agent of the Debentures (other than the Trustee) shall, upon demand of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such paying agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to Securities of any series, all moneys with respect to such Securities then held by any paying agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon demand of the Corporation, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee and thereupon such paying agent shall be released from any further liability with respect to such moneys.
