Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture all moneys then held by any paying agent of the Debentures (other than the Trustee) shall, upon demand of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such paying agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Securities of a series and the payment of all amounts due to the Trustee under Section 7.06, all moneys with respect to such Securities then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon demand of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.

Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. Subject to the provisions of Section 11.04 hereof, the Trustee or a Paying Agent shall hold in trust, for the benefit of the Securityholders, all moneys deposited with it pursuant to Section 11.01 hereof and shall apply the deposited moneys in accordance with this Indenture and such Securities to the payment of the principal of (including the Redemption Price upon redemption pursuant to Article III hereof) and interest on such Securities.
