Paying Agent to Repay Monies Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this First Supplemental Indenture, all monies or U.S. Government Obligations then held by any Paying Agent of the Securities (other than the Trustee) shall, upon written request of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such monies or U.S. Government Obligations.
