Pay Application. Trade Contractor shall be required to use the schedule of values (SOV) template provided by Construction Manager at the Pre-Construction conference. Trade contractor will submit to Construction Manager its proposed values on the SOV template and receive approval by Construction Manager prior to submitting its initial Application for Payment. Trade Contractor must submit an approved schedule of values (SOV) monthly with each Trade Contractor pay application. Trade Contractor pay application “pencil drafts” are due on the 15th day of each month (please note that this may change to accommodate the Owner’s billing cycle, i.e., District closures/holidays). Pay applications received after that time will be included in the following months billing to the Owner. An updated schedule of deliveries will be submitted with each monthly pay request. In the event any delivery date or supplier production is affected, remedies are to be submitted with the pay request to procure equipment per the scheduled date.
