PARTY GUIDELINES a. All parties/gatherings of fifteen (15) or more guests must be registered with Landlord. Registration of parties/gatherings does not release Resident from any of its obligations under the Contract, these Rules and Regulations, or any other exhibits or addenda attached to the Contract. No party of fifteen (15) or more guests may take place outside Resident’s Unit at any given time or the party will be shut down.
