Vendor and TIPS affirms that heƒshe or any authorized employees or agents has not given, offered to give, nor intends to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor or service to a public servant in connection with this Agreement.

Vendor and TIPS affirms that he/she or any authorized employees or agents has not given, offered to give, nor intends to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor or service to a public servant in connection with this Agreement. • Vendor shall attach, in writing, a complete description of any and all relationships that might be considered a conflict of interest in doing business with the TIPS program. • The Vendor affirms that, to the best of his/her knowledge, the offer has been arrived at independently, and is submitted without collusion with anyone to obtain information or gain any favoritism that would in any way limit competition or give an unfair advantage over other vendors in the award of this Agreement.
Disclosures. Neither the Company nor any Person acting on its behalf has provided the Investors or their agents or counsel with any information that constitutes or might constitute material, non-public information. The written materials delivered to the Investors in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
Disclosures. Consistent with HHS’s FOIA procedures, set forth in 45 C.F.R. Part 5, OIG shall make a reasonable effort to notify CHSI prior to any release by OIG of information submitted by CHSI pursuant to its obligations under this CIA and identified upon submission by CHSI as trade secrets, or information that is commercial or financial and privileged or confidential, under the FOIA rules. With respect to such releases, CHSI shall have the rights set forth at 45 C.F.R. § 5.65(d).

(a) Seller has not received any notice of any material, physical, or mechanical defects of the Entire Property, including without limitation, the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, electrical system. To the best of Seller's knowledge without inquiry, all such items are in good operating condition and repair and in compliance with all applicable governmental, zoning, and land use laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements. If Seller shall receive any notice to the contrary prior to Closing, Seller will inform Buyer prior to Closing.
Disclosures. 1. Application Fee (May or May Not Be Refundable). You agree to pay an application fee in the amount indicated in paragraph 3. Application fees are non-refundable except in rare instances when an application is submitted but a unit is unavailable and/or we do not run a professional screening report. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. The application fee partially defrays the cost of screening services and administrative paperwork.
