Partner's Unitary Charge. The Unitary Charge for each Contract Year (UCy) shall be based on an amount per tonne of Contract Waste as defined under the Project Agreement Payment Mechanism delivered by each Partner and Accepted by the Contractor and shall be calculated as follows: PUCy = PUCBEy + [(METm x MERy) x J2y] + [(MXTm x MXRy) x J3y] Where: PUCy = the amount due in respect of the Partner’s Unitary Charge in the relevant Contract Year PUCB Ey = the Partner’s Unitary Charge Base Element as calculated below, based on their Minimum Tonnage as set out in Table X in Clause 4A.1 of this Agreement or as adjusted proportionately in accordance with the drafting below.   • Paying Electricity Charges pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Flat And Appurtenances.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed.   • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”).   • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Local Subdivision Contribution The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute to the Project (the "Local Subdivision Contribution") the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Local Subdivision Contribution to the Project shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project as defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement.
