Contract Waste definition

Contract Waste means Acceptable Solid Waste delivered to the Connecticut Solid Waste System by Persons other than (i) Participating Municipalities, and (ii) Waste Haulers, with respect to Acceptable Solid Waste generated within the boundaries of any Participating Municipality, that is delivered under a contract with CRRA having a term which includes all or a portion of the relevant Contract Year.
Contract Waste has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement
Contract Waste means separately collected street sweepings and gully waste as collected by or on behalf of the Council

  • Contractor shall provide services for all Contract Waste from each Residential Unit as defined herein.

More Definitions of Contract Waste

Contract Waste means all Waste arisings collected by the Contractor, including Business Recycling and Waste.
