PARTIES AND GATHERINGS POLICY. At no time are Lessees permitted to have a gathering/party either inside or outside the rental unit. Outside includes porches, decks, balconies, walkways, stairways, sidewalks, lawn areas, roof, and parking lots. The NFPA 101-Fire Code, on residential occupant load is not more than 1 (one) person per 200 square feet of gross floor area. This figure is used to determine the number of people who can safely be inside a unit. LESSEES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE A KEG ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. Gatherings larger than one (1) person per 200 square feet will result in a fine outlined under "Unauthorized Gatherings, Businesses or Parties" in the "Violation Fines" section.
