Participation in HACP Programs. As part of meeting the bonus point requirement for affordable housing in the UC-MU District, all Walnut Projects, with more than twenty (20) residential dwelling units, shall participate in the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) Project Based Housing Choice Voucher Program or similar successor programs. Walnut agrees to make this program available to residents, who are screened and qualified by the HACP for this Voucher Program, in a minimum of ten percent (10%) of its residential units. Walnut shall participate in the programs for a duration of at least twenty (20) years from the date that a Certificate of Occupancy is issued to a Walnut Project and shall agree with HACP to an automatic renewal clause of an additional 15 years for a total period of 35 years of participation after the issuance of each Certificate of Occupancy. The City agrees that it will strongly support and advocate to the HACP for the issuance of these project-based vouchers, in the amounts requested to meet this 10% minimum threshold, for each Walnut Project.

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • PARTICIPATION IN SIMILAR ACTIVITIES 1. Parties are not prevented by this MoU from participating and activities similar to those described in this document with third parties. There is no obligation to disclose any similar activity to the other party. However, when considered of mutual benefit, both parties are encouraged to involve the other party in similar activities to the goal of disseminating the knowledge about XXX.xx.

  • COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state purchasing contracts.
