Common use of PARTICIPATING IN A DEFINED CONTRIBUTION RETIREMENT BENEFIT TRUST Clause in Contracts

PARTICIPATING IN A DEFINED CONTRIBUTION RETIREMENT BENEFIT TRUST. The Employer shall provide a defined contribution retirement benefit through the SEIU 775 Secure Retirement Trust (“Retirement Trust”), and shall become and remain a participating employer in the Retirement Trust during the complete life of this Agreement, and any extension thereof.

PARTICIPATING IN A DEFINED CONTRIBUTION RETIREMENT BENEFIT TRUST. ‌ The Employer shall provide a defined contribution retirement benefit through the SEIU 775 Secure Retirement Trust (“Retirement Trust”), and shall become and remain a participating employer in the Retirement Trust during the complete life of this Agreement, and any extension thereof.
