Participant Duty to Terminate Participation. If, as a result of a change made by the Coordinating Committee in accordance with this Section 10.03, a Participant will not be able to comply with the Performance and Service Specifications or does not otherwise desire to continue to Transact Message Content with other Participants after such change becomes effective, then such Participant shall terminate this Agreement accordance with Section 19.02.

This does not preclude a Participant from continuing participation in HIETexas if the Participant cannot or will not comply with changes to the specifications regarding Transaction Patterns that the Participant has agreed not to enable through its Participation Agreement with THSA.
