Common use of Participant Duty to Terminate Participation Clause in Contracts

Participant Duty to Terminate Participation. If, as a result of a change made by the NHIN Technical Committee in accordance with this Section 11.03, a Participant will not be able to comply with the NHIN Performance and Service Specifications or does not otherwise desire to continue participating in the NHIN after such change becomes effective, then such Participant shall terminate its participation in the NHIN in accordance with Section 21.02.

If, as a result of a change made by the NHIN Technical Committee Governing Authority in accordance with this Section 11.0310.03, a Participant will not be able to comply with the NHIN Performance and Service Specifications or does not otherwise desire to continue participating in the NHIN after such change becomes effective, then such Participant shall terminate its participation in the NHIN in accordance with Section 21.0219.02.

If, as a result of a change made by the NHIN Technical Committee Governing Authority in accordance with this Section 11.0310, a Participant will not be able to comply with the NHIN Performance and Service Specifications or does not otherwise desire to continue participating in the NHIN after such change becomes effective, then such Participant shall terminate its participation in the NHIN in accordance with Section 21.0219.02.

If, as a result of a change made by the NHIN Technical TechnicalCoordinating Committee in accordance with this Section 11.0311.03,10.03, a Participant will not be able to comply with the NHIN Performance and Service Specifications or does not otherwise desire to continue participating in the NHIN NHINto Transact Message Content with other Participants after such change becomes effective, then such Participant shall terminate its participation in the NHIN in inthis Agreement accordance with Section 21.02. 19.02.
